Highlights
In its simplest, Pipo V2 is a bit like most of the other VR headsets for Mobile, except you don't need to put a phone in it. It's a self-contained device in its own way. The inside sees an Android-based Nibiru VR 2.0 OS with a 5.5 inch display that we're told pumps out 1080p per eye, with a 90-degree FOV.
The processor that powers the device turns out to be a 1.8 GHz quad-core Rockchip RK3288 featuring dedicated high resolution/UHD video decoders and teaming up with Mali graphics chops.
A full charge of the headset brings up an estimated 3.5 hours battery life. Besides, you can load software onto the it over WiFi onto the 16GB storage - expandable with MicroSD cards up to 64GB. Needless to say, you need no other kit to get going, though you might want some headphones which can be connected over Bluetooth or earphone jack.
